Is it time to manage the stress in your life? This 8 week course can help to give you a new tools to manage stress in your life and improve your wellbeing. The course is run in a small group and friendly environment where you can learn to develop awareness and attention in order to develop a different relationship with thoughts, feelings and behaviour, ultimately allowing more freedom from stress and unhelpful reactions. The course uses a variety of mindfulness practices including mindful movement and bringing mindful awareness to the breath. Based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) framework it also incorporates elements other mindfulness approaches such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).Find out more »
