Group training in mindfulness isn’t for everyone. It doesn’t give you the flexibility of the right timings for you, it doesn’t focus on your needs and your personal experience. You might have health needs which makes it difficult to leave the house, or no convenient local course to attend.
But all of that is changing.
We offer bespoke 8 week individual mindfulness sessions with a Registered Mindfulness Teacher and Qualified Clinical Psychologist. Depending on your needs we can focus on a course targeted toward depression, stress management, thriving in your life, managing pain and illness or flourishing as a parent or teenager with our House of Zen programmes.
Learning mindfulness in a one to one format means that you can have an individualised focus on your practice and development.
